Thank you for all the help and information that you provided to help me with completing my Best Interest Assessment for my client. I was very impressed by your practice, professionalism and your record keeping so I would like to give you some positive feedback as it is well deserved.
Firstly when I arrived the home was very clean and the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. I was impressed that even though it is a nursing home it is well ventilated and the were no unpleasant odours so your cleaning staff must be doing a brilliant job.
When I was going through your records I was very impressed by your care plans. They are very detailed and I was impressed by the fact that you know your clients well and care plans are very clear and easy to understand. The steps written on what to do when things happen were also very clear and detailed. I was captivated by the smallest details that have an impact on an individual that are included in the care plan as well and well explained with clear steps on how to manage and what to do to support the vulnerable adults.
Keep up the good work, I would give you a five star if I was to rate you.
Thank you for looking after my husband so well, he has nothing but happy memories of his time with you. He loved the cooked breakfasts. He said that everyone was so kind and he liked the room very much. But above all he felt safe and contented, and that is what that matters. When I left him to visit family it was the first time I had left him with strangers, I was not worried one bit, it was a positive experience for us both. I am so pleased that I have found you and know that he will be happy with you if I go away again.

I am writing to congratulate your wonderful team on helping Mr C.P. settle into your home. Your team have really shown good, compassionate and person-centred care towards Mr P. As you are aware he has moved care homes several times, but due to your team looking at the real person and adapting his care towards his individual needs he is finally settled and appears happy. I especially like the house with the locks and bolts that you have obtained for him.
As a person with over 12 years of experience with patients with a diagnosis of dementia and as a past registered care home manager I wanted to take the time to congratulate the wonderful care and management that you have all shown and to thank you for the wonderful partnership working with myself.
